We have a number of WFSF members who work in an area that could be broadly called 'Positive Futures Media.' This work is focused on several overlapping areas such as:
- Identifying, mapping and cultivating images and voices of hope;
- Creating and promoting healthy and conscious media;
- Recognizing the power of the arts and cultural activities in enabling transformation;
- Recognizing the importance of games for change.
This is an emergent and growing field and the list of websites and other media below will continue to co-evolve.

Images and Voices of Hope
Images & Voices of Hope is a global dialogue dedicated to strengthening the role of media as agents of world benefit. Mission: to expand awareness of the choices those in media make that raise public trust, generate constructive meaning, and amplify human hope, enhancing humanity's capacity for life-promoting action.
Creative Visions Foundation supports "Creative Activists", individuals who use the power of media and the arts to create positive change in the world.
Healthy and Conscious Media
Evolutionary Guidance Media (EGM) is a theoretical framework designed to create a discipline in which the academic investigation of conscious media, socially-responsible media, green media, and spiritual, or transformative media can flourish. Broadly defined, EGM is media designed both in content and context specifically for the purpose for guiding and/or facilitating the societal emergence of transpersonal consciousness -- specifically planetary consciousness.
The c3: Center for Conscious Creativity was founded in 2004 to provide individuals like you with the resources to explore, encourage and fulfill the innate human drive toward Authentic Self-Expression.

Games for Change and Transformation
Games for Change seeks to harness the extraordinary power of video games to address the most pressing issues of our day, including poverty, human rights, global conflict and climate change. We are a voice for the transformative power of games, bringing together organizations and individuals from the nonprofit sector, government, journalism, academia, industry and the arts, to grow the sector and provide a platform for the exchange of ideas and resources. Through this work, Games for Change promotes new kinds of games that engage contemporary social issues in meaningful ways to foster a more just, equitable and tolerant society.
